    FFL offsite sales

Lets say an Ffl specializes in high end clients. The Ffl fills out the initial forms at the clients homes (posting all required information at clients office) and after the ten day wait returns to client's office to deliver the firearm. Obviously this is for higher end clients who would pay a premium for the service. Does federal or state laws allow this?

    thanks.

I believe California has an exemption that allows California dealer to release firearms at the buyer's home or business address. But that doesn't help because federal law requires all business activity to take place at the FFL's licensed premises or at a legitimate gun show in the FFL's same State.
