I have a ? about PPT's of multiple handguns at one time. I know one firearm dros and dealer fee= 35.00

So as I understand it you can PPT 2 pistols on one dros... 25.00 dros fee.

Then the dealer charges a 10.00 fee so a total of 35.00 or is the 10.00 fee per firearm?

As per PC12082 in this section of the forms titled.. Let's make a PPT application that FFLs have to take. An AW Flowchartesk project. It mentioned 10.00 per firearm.

So do they mean 10.00 per Dros no mater the quantity on the dros or 10.00 fee per firearm listed on the dros?

    Thank you.

don't see why would need a flowchart for this.

What fees can I charge for handling a Private Party Transfer (PPT)?
If the transaction is a PPT, in addition to the state fees, you may charge up to $10.00 or less per firearm for conducting the PPT. For example:

For a PPT involving one or more handguns, the total allowable fees are $35.00 for the first handgun, and $31.00 for each subsequent handgun.
For PPTs involving one or more long guns, the state fees are limited to $25.00 for the whole transaction plus up to $10.00 dealer fee per firearm transferred.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

Great thanks for the reply. I checked that link out when I searched but must have scrolled past the fee part.

      Thanks again
