Looking for an FFL with an export license

Hi,

I'm looking to send a couple of (deactivated) C&R rifles to a collector in Finland. They will not be considered weapons under the Finnish law.

My understanding is that an export permit is still needed to ship them out of the US. Is there anyone here with the necessary license/permit so I can legally ship these? Please PM me
