Fed excise tax on gun and ammo?

Please help. I am wanting to know how this tax is collected. Also how often it is paid and if I have to pay it on both guns and ammo or just the ammo I manufacturer. thanks any help would be Appreciated.

Licensed Manufacturers pay the excise tax on the firearms and ammunition they make by filing Form 5300.26 with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau. They pay quarterly. The tax rate for handguns is 10% of the sale price. The tax rate for long guns and "other" firearms is 11% of the sale price. The tax rate for ammunition is 11% of the sale price.
