Para Ordnance Ca approived guns???
Has anyone figured out how to order Para Ord handguns based on the use of "Product Codes" used by DOJ which are no longer applicable since Para no longer uses Product Codes???

Been trying to reach Para for a week now to see if there is some cross reference regarding "product codes and "item numbers". I have waited on the phone for as long as an hour and a half for someone in "customer service" to pick up. There are no answers on any of the lines. One line switched over to Remington (which Para is no under) and no one answered any of those lines either???
I'm starting to think Para doesn't need any of my business!!!American soldier by choice. Made in America by the Grace of God.

I'm pretty sure the only models they still make for CA are the 1911 Elite Commander model# 96667 and the 1911 Elite model# 96663Comment

Since my original post, I've called Para Ordnance 25 times and sent 2 lengthy emails.
There is not answer on any of their phone lines and I've not received an answer to my emails.
I've scratched Para off my list of guns to sell or recommend! What *&%+=*#*(*!!cuss:American soldier by choice. Made in America by the Grace of God.

Finally got an email back from Para Ord. (after 21 days!!) stating, "Calif. has only approved 3 models of the Para Ord. for California." Interesting, since there is over 100 models listed on the DOJ web site!
Never did answer my original question!!

I suspect that what they were saying is that there are only 3 models currently in production which are on the certified list. All of the rest are not currently manufactured, but are there so that the firearms can be sold to CA residents.Kemasa.
