DES system down, still deliver gun?

What are FFLs choosing to do if the DES system is down when a client comes to pickup the gun?

Are you still delivering it and marking the date and time on the original DROS that says pending?

No DES System, no Delivery per the DOJ. Customer gets to wait until it goes up again and then must sign the "delivered" document created when you click on deliver gun.
