Received 4 orders from PSA, zero paperwork

Received shipments from PSA and they included zero paperwork. No FFL, no shipment authorization and no invoices.

I've emailed and called but I know what their track record is when it comes to returning them.

Can I use a copy of their FFL received from someone else? What about CLFC, I need a copy for my records.

First time this has happened and I can't finish logging it into my books.

You understand this is the FFL forum and that I'm an FFL right?

You don't need their FFL, but you do need the CFLC number. Hopefully they get you that. I stopped dealing with PSA (for dealer sales) because they treat dealers worse than they treat consumers.. and it's funny..they'll ship multiple lowers in a box that's way bigger than the lowers with about 2-3 pieces of newspaper to "pack" them..those things just rattle around in there... guess not too many people return the dinged up lowers..

What exactly is a "non compliant complete lower"? Since a lower is not a semi-auto, nor a center-fire firearm, there are no restrictions on it. You might not be able to make a complete semi-auto firearm with it, but that is a different issue.
