CA FFL Holder gun storage question

As a CA FFL holder that does business at a remote business location in a different city from where I live can I store any firearms I have in my inventory (normally no more than 2 - 3 at a time) or that I am storing during a PPT 10 day wait in my safe at my home? My home address is on my FFL as a mailing address and that is where I receive all firearms I purchase from distributors as my business location is not staffed, it is just a building where I conduct the actual sales and transfers of firearms. My home is much more secure and I can store any firearms in my safe.

When you are inspected you will have DOJ/ATF crawling all over your house. I personally suck up shop inspections, but they damn sure are not welcome in my home.

They CA DOJ and the BATF can only inspect the business areas, not your whole house.

The BATF allows for storage elsewhere. I am not sure of how the CA DOJ feels about it. In some respects it might be best to have the other location licensed.
