    cable and trigger locks

I'd appreciate some information from other FFLs - what ca-approved cable locks and trigger locks do you recommend? What are the best values for the money (cheapest?) and can you recommend a source? thanks

I haven't been able to find cheap approved trigger locks and I get the cable locks from my local sheriff. I give those away free so I don't need a receipt from the customer. I think tenpercent has a lock trade-in program going. The customer brings in a lock and Wes provides another, again no receipt needed.

I get project childsafe from my local PD if available. Have been able to purchase DAC CL551B from RSR Group for about $4 each pre-shipping..we'll normally buy 1 or 2 batches a year as needed around 20-30 locks each time and that holds us over between the firearms that don't have locks and trades we do with customers.

Thanks for the info - I have the new RSR catalog and see the DAC in there. Trigger locks are tougher to deal with. Only one I can seem to find is the ProLok and it's expensive. Fortunately don't need a lot of them but occasionally have to do it.
