If you purchase the off roster model of a handgun like say the CZ-75b 16rd magazine and convert it to a on roster version gun I.E. magblock the 10rd mags
Effectively converting it to a CA roster 10rd CZ-75b. Would one be able to ship to another member without going through the SSE route.
Also all original packing was thrown out so no other info except the S/N is available
