    Gift Pistol From Brother .. now what ?

    If my brother wants to give me a pistol for gift , and we both own guns and live together . do we still have to go through FFL ? just like PPT I guess ?

      Yes, the two of you are required to do a PPT through a dealer, just like if you were strangers.
