Eagle Arms: EA-15 A2 H-BAR, EA-15 E1 Eagle Arms: M15 (all) are on the list. The lower I have is stamped on the side Eagle Arms ,Coal Valley IL cal 5.56 MM EA15 and then the serial number. I would agree that it is not on the ban list, but I would also say that you are asking for trouble to have it in a semi-auto configuration. The exact make/model has to be on the list and the EA15, without the dash, is not on the list.
Remember, the local police and DA will be the ones to decide if it is illegal. If a police officer sees it and decides to arrest you because it is thought to be on the list, you will have a lot of expenses to get it dealt with. In the end, you should be fine (other than money), but why risk it when you can get a lower which does not have the same issues associated with it?Kemasa.
