The Flood of CCW calls

We are getting our butts kicked over here with phone calls asking about the CCW ruling. Have you guys come up with a quick answer to the " so can I run out and get my CCW today " question?

I apparently can't organize my own thoughts into a quick answer that will get them off the phone but provide the needed info in a friendly manner.

This might not happen as soon as we hoped. San Diego County is appealing the courts decision.
