FFLs performing SSEs.....question directed specifically towards EBR Works, since you are closest to me and i will most likely be transferring through you.....though any and all replies welcome and appreciated.....

when you perform SSEs, after DROSing the firearm and delivering it to the customer, is the original factory barrel included with the converted handgun? or must the original barrel be retained by the FFL and the handgun delivered without it?

asking because worried whether or not i will have to spend an additional $200 ordering the original barrel in order to convert it back to factory condition.

Factory barrel goes home with you. Barrel used to SSE stays with FFL.

You have zero need for a "target" length barrel and the dealer has every need for it. You won't be taking the "target" barrel home.
