    PPT question?

I DROSed a gun on January 11, 2014. So, my 30days waiting period ends on February 11, 2014.
My question is, can I buy a gun through PPT tomorrow? Please help. Thanks.

Assuming not in LA City (and you say your location is Nor Cal), yes. PPT is not subject to 1-in-30 for handguns everywhere but city of LA.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

I don't live in LA, but do you know if the 1 in 30 limitation for the City of LA only applies to transfers which are done in the City of LA? Meaning that the person could go outside LA to do the transfer and it would not have the additional restriction.

Only an FFL dealer inside city limits is affected - residence in LA is not, so a city resident should reasonably do PPTs outside the city.
