CA Approved Locks not in Database

I have a Leapers/UTG TL-GLK5315 lock. It has printed on the card that came with the lock "Certified by California Department of Justice & Listed in CA DOJ Database of Approved Firearm Safety Devices".

All I see on the FSD Database is:
    TL-GLK01
    TL-GLK02
    TL-GLK03
    TL-GLK04

What do you guys do in this scenario? I've been throwing them aside and replacing them with in database product like DAC CL551B or Project Childsafe locks, but I'd like to use these if possible as well.

I'm assuming the device actually has to be in the database (unlike safes) and not just have some label that says it is compliant, correct?

I would ask the CA DOJ. I downloaded the complete list and it does not seem to be there. I have to wonder if they are falsely saying that it is approved or if the list just has not been updated.

My guess is that it is actually approved, but proving that is another thing.
