Hi,
I was at my FFL's yesterday and we were talking about the new DROS procedures. My FFL said that now when a firearm is released to it's owner after the exact-to-the-minute 10 day wait period, before it's released, he has to log on to the DOJ website and get approval to release the firearm to the new owner. Is this accurate and if it is, why if the new owner has already gone through the background process?
