This is a known problem with the new DES system that DOJ is currently working to fix. We temporarily need to write "RWC Saiga" as the model in order to get the DROS submitted.

The manufacturer for the Vepr is Vojaskie Poly any. It's actually on the gun itself

I also found out when you choose Russia as the origin, you need to choose the second Russia listed?
Yep, apparently they coded their software to flag particular make/model as "AW", and in this case they have two different records with a make of "RUSSIA" and the 1st one, when paired with the model of "Saiga" is flagged as an AW, but the second "RUSSIA" in the list does not. Their attempt to enforce/prevent the sale of AW's with such buggy/inaccurate data that they are apparently unable to correct in a timely fashion is an infringement and is doomed to fail, IMO.

you guys saved my butt with this thread. Had to DROS a Saiga, using the second Russia worked great. TY for saving me the headache.
