How to sell C&R from personal collection??

I need help on what process I use to sell a C&R shotgun I owned long before I became an FFL. It was never entered in the bound book. Can I simply do a PP transfer as an individual, or do I have to enter in the A&D book? It would appear I don't have to do a 4473 since I have owned it more than a year but is that only if I record the A&D in the book?

I will also be selling modern firearms I previously owned so if there is a different process that must be followed for those, I'd appreciate input on that as well.

    Thanks for any help!

While not required, it is a good idea to run it through your business, but you can sell it just like anyone else. It is a good idea to record where the firearm went (see below) if you are a sole proprietor.

If you enter it into your book, you would need to do a 4473 and a DROS as it would be like any other transfer.
