    private party transfer question

    So from what I have read, even though I am a LEO as of the 1st I can no longer purchase off roster handguns.

    would I still be able to purchase an off roster handguns through a private party transfer?

    Non-prohibited persons can purchase off-roster handguns through a PPT or they can purchase single shot exempt versions via willing dealers who have them.
    That's just my $1.05.

      The part of the bill that would have prevented that did not become law.

      However, DOJ is apparently requiring a letter from your agency. As noted, you can still get them PPT.

      Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!
