FFL that can transfer a timberwolf glock frame for mechtech carbine build

I'm looking for a FFL in socal that can transfer a Timberwolf glock lower as a long gun. I am going to build a mechtech carbine and have no intentions to ever build a pistol out of it. I rather not register it since it's going to a long gun and never a pistol.

I have a few other parties that are interested in doing the same as well.
