I don't think that you are asking the right question to get the answer that you want. I suspect you are asking if it is on the certified list, which it does not appear to be on the list.
It has to be an exact match and the firearm can not be modified (except for night sights):
The certified list only restricts transfers, it does not make the firearm "illegal". You can move into CA with such a firearm, buy one by PPT and other methods and it is not illegal in CA.Kemasa.
