Single Action revolvers...also 1-in-30 day rule?

Customer is transfering a pair of Ruger Single Action revolvers. Have never done a matched set like this and CaDoJ did not return my calls to them. Do Single Action revolvers also fall under the 1-in-30 day rule?

    Thanks in advance!!

A PPT is excempt from the 30 day rule. A single action revolver is excemt from the roster id it meets certain size requirments. Rugers meet the requirments.

I am familiar with the PPT and SA requirements but what I am not familiar with is if I can DROS a matched set at the same time or if they fall under the 1-in-30 day rule.

they would be covered under the 1-in-30 rule like any other 2 handguns would be. "matched sets" are not statutorily exempted from the 1-in-30 rule. the buyer would need to be 30-day exempt

the example that CADOJ used to give in the FAQ for 03FFL+COE holders to be exempt from the 30-day rule was your exact scenario.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?
