I'd like to give my grand nephew (age 10) a rifle (probably a 10-22) for Christmas.
I have a couple 10-22's - I could give him one and replace it later, or buy a new one for him.
I'm confident his father (my nephew) will keep control of the rifle while his son is young. I'm sure his father will approve of the gift.
What's the best way to do this, legally?
I've searched the forums and couldn't find this - but I may not have used the correct search terms - I'm sure it's been asked before.
Thank you
