11/27/2013 Dros Down??

Been trying to log in to the "old" dros system for the last 30 minutes, and the page is not loading. Anyone else having issues?

I just tried to log in...nothing. I did a DROS about 2 hours ago and it worked. Maybe the system is over loaded right now.

Logged in and submitted a DROS time stamped 3:30 :18pm, no problems.

I'm thinking it is a IE explorer issue. Damn computer auto updated to IE 11, and the dros hasn't worked since.....

as of about 5:30 pm it was working for me. could definitely be your software upgrade.

Problem solved. Uninstalled the IE 11 update, restarted computer, and everything is working. So just a heads up, if you are using IE for your browser, Don't let it update to IE 11.

I tried that and it didn't work for me..so I un-installed IE11 and everything worked after that. IE11 would let the DROS app load, but when submitting a DROS for a pistol it would not accept that a serial number was inputted and I couldn't submit a pistol DROS.

You don’t have to uninstall ie11 there is in the settings tab a compatibility settings... run that with the dros page url and itll work fine.... actually looking forward to the new dros setup on 1-1-14 if anything so I can dump IE... hopefully it rolls out smooth
