Anybody know whats going on ? Called said office was closed and screen on computer just comes up blank .

Have you actually logged in ? The recording there takes you all the way through the menu and then tells you there closed .

Edit- Looks like my computer did an auto update to internet explorer 11....

We updated last night as well. How can we get around this?

I called and spoke with the DROS entry people and here is how they had me fix it:

Open internet explorer.
In the upper right hand side of the toolbar there is a little "gear" icon. Click on it and select "Compatibility View settings"
In the window that pops up, type the website appsolgrp.com and click "Add"
Close the window, close out of internet explorer, reopen and try to log in to the DROS system again.
This fix worked for me. Hopefully it works for you guys! Good luck!

Same here, I just uninstalled IE11 and it worked. Didn't think to do the compatibility thing.
