There aren't many choices in Marin. There's Bullseye in San Rafael. The following is from their web site:

Bullseye processes FFL Transfers at both our San Rafael and Castro Valley locations.

    TRANSFER FEES:
    Bullseye Members: $75
    Non-Members: $150
California Sales Tax: 8.5% of the purchase price of the firearm & shipping costs
The only other shop in Marin County proper that might do transfers is Marin Firearms in Novato, but they have such horrible customer service reviews that I would hesitate to even bother contacting them.

Best bet is probably one of the shops in Petaluma. I've used Independence Armory; they charge $75 for FFL transfer, so they're not inexpensive. But they are a good shop and I like to support them. Be sure to call first and ask them if they sell the firearm you want transferred, because they won't do the transfer if it's a firearm they can sell themselves.
