Question for FFL's. I have an off roster Bersa that i am selling. Can it legally be shipped instate from my FFL to another FFL to sell it to a buyer in another city in California? Could a California FFL handle it to be shipped to a buyers FFL in another state? Thanks in advance for your help.

As you describe the transaction, it will not be a CA PPT, because that requires both buyer and seller to use the same FFL.
