What type of FFL are you applying for? I believe this question is usually in regards to residency/citizenship.

I didn't have a hunting license either and I was able to get a 01FFL. Just answer no to that questions.

There is a great post from Kamesa that takes you step by step on how to get an FFL. I followed it and didn't have any issues getting mine. See if you can find the post. I'm not sure how to find it otherwise I'd send it to you.

I am pretty sure that you missed the question above that where it asks if you are a non-immigrant alien. Then if you answer yes to that, you answer the hunting license question. Since you are probably not a non-immigrant alien, you would not answer that question (I am assuming of course).

On my fingerprint card (Form FD-258), where do I write in the "WVATF1100, ATF-FFLC, MARTINSBURG, WV" that the FD-258 is supposed to reflect, as stated on the Instruction Sheet For ATF Form 7 (45310.12)?

As asked before, what type of FFL are you going for?

If you are going for the C&R 03 FFL, you don't need to submit prints.

if you are getting the 01 and the 06, why not just get the 07? The 07 will give you the benefits of the 01 and the 06, and also allow you to manufacture firearms as well.
