Need Advise on how to sell R25

I bought an R25 .308 A few years back in AZ it has a bullet button so for now it's cali compliant. Problem is there never was any paper work done when the gun was bought and now I want to sell it what are my options.

You already committed the crime. Now just sell it lawfully.

Should have known better then to ask

It says polite questions. Guess it doesn't apply to answers just want to know how to legally sell the gun in Cali.

I think you should clarify the question. It sounds like you went out of state to buy the gun and brought it back, which would be a crime. If you lived out of state at the time, purchased it, and moved here it's perfectly legal. It has a fixed magazine, and isn't banned by name. So you can list it on here, and transfer it at an FFL like any other rifle.

I gave you a polite answer. Not sure where you read any malice in my answer whatsoever. Should I have posted photos of puppy dogs and ice cream too?

Thank you for clarifing. If you were an AZ resident, there is no requirement that you register it in AZ nor in California when you moved in. So you simply sell it in a lawful manner. PPT, ship it to an FFL, whatever is lawful.

Sorry you thought my short and to the point answer was impolite. I didn't feel the need to waste a bunch of words for a simple answer.

I agree. Your OP made it seem as if you went to Arizona bought it face to face and then put BB on it and came back to CA.

If it was a lawful transfer in AZ and now you are a CA resident just sell it however you would like. PPT, gunbroker, calguns. Just the sale must go through an FFL.
