It is a pump and that was my thought or understanding... I appreciate the feedback.

Ghost its my understanding that the pump doesn't apply to the PC you have quoted in OG post. Check the flowchart on here and see. But you should be good to go.

I've highlighted the key word in the PC you listed,

semiautomatic shotgun that has both of the following:
(A) A folding or telescoping stock.
(B) A pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon, thumbhole stock, or vertical handgrip.
(7) A semiautomatic shotgun that has the ability to accept a detachable magazine.
(8) Any shotgun with a revolving cylinder.

since the supernova isn't semi-auto, then this PC section doesn't apply to it.
