Good Cause statement for Magazine Permit

    Hello All,
I am a new FFL dealer that is slowly getting all the ducks in a row. I have finally received my COE after a couple of setback. I am sending in my CLFD application and was advised to also submit the large capacity magazine application at the same time. I am stuck on the good cause statement. Is there anyone that can give an example of one? I am in the county of Sacramento if that makes any difference.

Being able to sell firearms to people in other states, as well as being able to buy firearms with so-called high capacity magazines and replace the magazines with 10 round or less magazines, converting the magazines to 10 rounds or selling magazines to LEO are all good reasons.
    Kemasa.

It should be simple. Here is an old thread. I would just put, "I want to sell large capacity magazines to the law enforcement agencies/officers in my area." Done.

www.tenpercentfirearms.com was open from 2005 until 2018. I now own Westside Arms.

Mine was almost as simple as that one-liner above. Shouldn't be any issue.
