    Out of state rifles

I've sold many OLL rifles to Calgunners and people in other states from AZ, but it's been awhile. Just wanted to see if there has been any new laws passed that prevents this now?

    -OLL
    -Bullet button
    -No magazine
    -Sold by private party
-Shipped from private party to their FFL

Thanks for the update / confirmation.

Not a problem for the gun. Double check on the shipping though since it's not clear how and where the shipping is going to/from.

Yes, as long as the FFL that it is going to accepts it from a private party, some don't.

A 10 round magazine is fine. Some FFLs don't like parts kits. A magazine over 10 rounds can't be given to the customer unless the customer is exempt.
