Is the -L for loaded chamber indicator. I have a customer that won a LC9 no dash with 17 round magazines and believes if the seventeen round magazines aren't shipped with it then it should be OK for CA. I thought the "L" meant it also had the loaded chamber indicator.

Go or No-Go?

P.S. - The seller confirms that it has a loaded chamber indicator.

The certified list shows:

KSR9C-10L (Brushed Stainless) / Polymer Frame; Stainless Steel Slide Pistol 3.5" 9mm 2/3/2014

which indicates that it is on the list. If the model is not that model, then it is not on the list and can not be transferred unless the person is exempt.
