    Roster question

    Hey all!!

    I've got a customer who wants to ship in a Ruger P345. That's it on the model #. The roster shows 3 diff Ruger P345's but not one that is just listed as a "Ruger P345", which is what the customer says it is. I can't find this gun for sale on any of my distributors sites so wonder if it is a discontinued handgun??

    These are the 3 the roster shows.... I don't know if Ruger has some sort of 'exception' to their model numbers like Springfield has with the 'p' at the end indicating 'package'.

    KP345PR / Stainless Steel and Polymer Pistol 4.2" .45 Auto 8/10/2014
    P345PR / Steel, Polymer

    If it's being sold online, check out the advertisement/auction listing. If not, you will need to contact the person/shop that has possession of it and verify that it is one of the ones on the roster. It won't do anyone any good if it gets here and you can't transfer it. Be assertive.

      Oh the guy isn't happy with me already because he tried to tell me it was a private party transfer because he is related to the seller. NOPE!! Doesn't work that way. I've told him to have the dealer handling the potential shipment of this gun call me... nothing yet.

        For Rugers (as in Springfield's) you'll want to check the factory box on the exact SKU. The marking on the gun might be P345, but the box will have the KP345xxxx on it.
