Employee of 01 dealer ??

As a prospective employee of a dealer, what would I able to do other than DROS form completion? My name will be associated with the licensee, would I be able to make purchases with approval of the licensee? Thanks

As an employee you would be doing whatever the owner, manager asks you to do. Your name is not "associated" with the licensee other than you work in the store. You would sign the dros and 4473 where necessary. You would not be on his FFL. Purchases from whom? From another FFL? On behalf of the dealer? Would these purchases be for your own collection?

Scope of work. not a problem. Part of your job. My guys buy new and used guns all day long without my knowing! Part of their jobs.

Nope. Just me. Now some have their COE and their HSC instructors though.
