gunbroker walther ppk sale...from out of state to sunny ca?

so i really want a ppk / ppks found a few on gunbroker. how would this sale work? do i need to buy from a private party? no other way other then c&r? saw one that said they ship to ca. i know i need to go to my ffl and give them the info before i buy so i know the total fees. im just trying to see how i can legally get the ppk into cali. what would make the ppk fall under a c&r. im still really new to the transfers and shipping of firearms.

The PPK which are war time are expensive. The Manurhin PPK is a C&R and can be imported into ca. The west German PPK was made by Manurhin but assembled in Germany but are not C&R unless 50 years old.
