Update. The office hours are 9AM to 9PM. I contacted a person who was a Verizon rep. He could not find the DROS number in the system. He gave me two DOJ contact numbers. One went to an automated system that led to no where. The other was a recording stating "the mail box is full". I called all the DOJ numbers that I have. Most are "mail box full". Found one that was not full and left a message. Stand by........................

Confirm it was for a handgun and not a long gun? If for a handgun, yes it needs to be canceled. If for a long gun it does not because that data was not submitted.

Here is the DROS cancellation form. Fill it out and send it in.

www.tenpercentfirearms.com was open from 2005 until 2018. I now own Westside Arms.

Do you need to fill out this cancel form if a customer misses their 30 day window even though they are intending to come back (and just haven't done it yet)?

Got a return call today from DOJ. They explained I could use the form and fax it in. All well and good, problem with this method is, I don't get any acknowledgment from DOJ. How much money did they give away from the DROS system again? Thanks tenpercent for the help.
