Hey guys What is the minimum barrel and overall length of a single shot bolt action 22lr rifle? Is it 16" barrel and 26" overall like other 22 rifles?

Yes, 16" bbl, and 26" OAL, although there are pistols, such as the Ruger Charger, and Anschutz Exemplar, that can use bipods.
