    Does your DROS say "pistol" or "longgun"? You may contact the DOJ but I seriously think you won't get through. You can cancel the DROS anytime. I don't see a legal issue with an FFL selling your receiver, since technically it is their receiver not yours. However I have not really researched this topic and I'm sure somebody on here can school me on the issue. Waiting for delays is like being a kid and waiting for Christmas to come....I know a few guys who have been (justifiably) on DOJ delay and its been 6 moths+!!!!

    Hope this helps and if I'm wrong about the receiver being sold somebody educate me please.
