DPMS LRT-SASS - Ban or No Ban?

I'm looking for a DPMS LRT-SASS for a customer. I'm assuming there are some CA legal ones due to this:

Which looks like the rifle. However the one I found for my customer looks like the attached picture.

Banned or not banned? I'm a little confused now since it's technically a
    Mfg: DPMS
    Model: LR-308

Given that DPMS sells the exact weapon as CA Compliant:

Leads me to believe that the lowers are all the same.

I recall a previous discussion about the AR15 lowers with same markings, but Mod: A-15 as being banned or grey area.

Thoughts on clarification for those that may be selling these in store and have seen the actual marking on the lowers?

I follow the flow chart. I'm asking folks what the markings look like on any that they've actually sold. DPMS sells a CA compliant version:

Here's a link to the non CA Compliant one:

I'm trying to determine what's different on the lower or if it's the same lower that they just slap a bullet button on. If anyone in CA has sold the factory compliant version I was hoping they could tell me how it was marked.

It sounds like you wouldn't have had one in stock recently.

The Model name, LRT-308 against LR-308, CA Compliant is just a Mag Lock and 10 Round magazine

I believe that the difference is that the CA version lower does not have Panther on it. There is also the bullet button.

There might be FFLs who have sold it, but that does not mean it is legal.

This is what I'm hoping to have someone confirm that has ordered the DPMS "CA Compliant" SKU. If the lower is actually different.

I know this is a late response but the dpms ca version does not say panther on the ar15 or ar10 platform.

                  Thanks for confirming the markings.

                    Doesn't mean it is illegal.....

Specifically must be make and model....

The banned listed by name says "Panther: all", which means if it has Panther on it, it is banned and it is illegal. If you want to fight that, then go ahead.

Pretty sure it says DPMS Panther (all)....
                        Which isn't model specific..
