Printing DROS Page

I am having a difficult time getting DROS pages to print. I am able to input the necessary information into the DROS Entry System, but after the DROS number page from the DOJ pops open, I can't print that page. Is anybody else having this problem?

I am using a modern PC and Internet Explorer 10, and my printer works fine with other programs.

Is your printer set to be the default printer?

Does it print using CTRL-P?

Just guessing since I've not had any problems

Thanks Jim, but I have tried Control-P, to no avail. Weird. I've been able to print them before.

Change anything in the drivers? What error are you getting?

Try turning on compatibility mode. It's the broken doc icon in the location bar. I think I had problems with IE10 until I did that. You can also, short term, Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C put it into wordpad or something to print.
