Blank starter pistols and bb/pellet pistols

In a recent estate we found a German 22 starter pistol in what looks to be good shape and a "Helathways" Plainsman pellet pistol that is just a parts gun...missing a bunch of stuff.

First question is do either of these require any FFL involvement in a sale to a private party? Neither of them could be made into a true weapon..

Second is where would something like these be posted in the classifieds on Cal Guns?

    Many thanks

Under CA laws, it is considered to be an "imitation firearm" and no FFL is required to transfer an "imitation firearm".
