Is there anything special about getting an AR stripped lower reciver? or is it just like any other ffl transfer?..ie find/call fll get info, place order, wait?

Pretty much. Keep in mind that ordering one online will include an FFL (receiving) transfer fee, aside from tax & DROS. Near you, try Turners Reseda for inventory. Or Martin B Retting in Culver City. since you seem to know the area(SFV +/-10miles)..know anyone/place that does good/fair price work on replaceing/installing FF quad rails(DD AR lite 9" mid)? new AR barrels(once I finally decide on the one I want..so many to choose from), and replacing Glock sites with new night sites?Comment
