Checked my email today and was notified by Midway USA that an item I was watching was in. Clicked the link and sure enough it was available. It was an upper that came with a Hi Cap mag. I called Midway to ask if they would ship the upper and mag if I faxed or emailed my Hi Cap permit. The answer was no. I asked if they would ship the upper only, again no I asked why they would recognize my FFL but not the Hi Cap permit. Their answer was they could not tell if it was in effect or not. I explained there was an expiration date and they said no.
