found a shop that is willing to do a sse on a glock but they said dros wont let them

it is a small shop in san diego and the have a 4th gen glock 19 for sale. they said they could sell it to me as they have all the parts to sell it as a sse but have never done one before and didn't really know how. any tips? I really want a 4th gen glock,

What information are they lacking? What was said above is correct, as well as selecting single shot for the type of firearm.

As long as the barrel is long enough and the magazine is locked in at zero rounds, then it is fine. I have heard that you can put a screw in the back (with the backstrap removed) to lock the magazine in.
