    Reporting sales of multiple lowers

I searched..but as I'm unsmart and unattractive I wasn't able to find what I needed. A customer is picking up three (3) stripped multi-cal lowers. Do I need to knock out an ATF 3310 for those? I partially wondered due to them not specifically being designated "larger than .22". I don't want to split hairs, but the less **** I'm filling out the better. Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

    Tyson,

No, that form is for complete rifles not stripped lowers.

Read the form as well. I believe it's even more specific at multiple semi-auto rifles > .22 caliber.

        So 5 10/22s wouldn't trigger it. 2 non-.22 AR rifles would.

Shotguns are excluded as well I believe, but would have to double check.
