Non FFL selling to someone out of state

Sorry if this is a dumb question or been answered a dozen times already.
I am about to list a Rem M700 on GB. If someone who is not local buys it can I ship it to their FFL myself either inside or outside of California or do I have to take it to a local FFL and have them ship it?

You can ship it IF they are willing to accept it. You should contact the FFL first, and verify their license before shipping. Then insure it and require a signature and keep the paperwork filed.
