Recording Multi Caliber Lowers in A&D book

So I just got a few PSA "multi-cal" lowers for a customer of mine. In my A&D book under "caliber or gauge" does it matter if I put "multi"? Am I putting way to much thought into this? Thanks in advance.

Any stripped lower is multi as it does not have a barrel.

Even ones that are clearly stamped "5.56" or ".308" ?

Yep. What if you ignore that and put a .22LR upper on it?

Most firearms have the caliber on the barrel, which is the determining factor.

I put whatever is on the lower unless it is a complete rifle. So for multi I put "Multi".
