When does my "30 Days" between Purchases start?

So, here's my question....
I bought a pistol on-line thru GunBroker. They show that I won it on 4-10.
I got the invoice and paid the seller on 4-11. He sent me an invoice showing "paid" on 4-13. Gun was finally shipped here and I started the DROS...which shows a transaction date of 4-23.
So, Is my 30 days up yet? I paid for the gun over 30 days ago, but according to my DROS, I still have to wait.

When does the 30 day wait start?

It starts when you DROS.

720 hours from when you DROSed your first one. Time and date is on the top left-hand corner of your DROS.

Right - that's the only date that gets reported to the state.
